Author Talk: My Journey With Hemingway with Scott Schwar

As part of our Hemingway in the 21st Century Book Discussion Series, we are joined by Scott Schwar, former chairman of the Ernest Hemingway Foundation of Oak Park to discuss his new memoir, My Journey With Hemingway”

For anyone who has ever been transported by a Hemingway story, Scott Schwar's memoir is the ultimate travel companion. This is a vivid, firsthand account of a life spent exploring the very places that shaped the legendary author. In the process, Schwar led the establishment of an Oak Park, IL birthplace and literary museum with festivals celebrating the author.

It is all together fitting that we come together to a place that Scott was instrumental in establishing, the Hemingway Birthplace Museum, to honor his work and explore his journey with Hemingway.

This is a free event and beverages will be served.

Books will be available for purchase.
