Hemingway Shorts 5th Annual competition deadline

January 15 - March 31, 2020

Do you share Ernest Hemingway’s dream? If so, the Ernest Hemingway Foundation of Oak Park has a great opportunity for you to realize your creative aspirations. We are announcing our fourth annual Hemingway Shorts global competition, which was introduced in 2016 to give aspiring writers a chance to publish their work. This exciting venture promotes creative writing and is designed to capture new voices in fiction.

Hemingway Shorts is one of the many ways that we demonstrate our commitment to thoughtful writing and reading – an important part of our mission statement in addition to preserving Hemingway’s literacy legacy. More information on contest rules and submission can be found on January 15th HERE (the contest ends on March 31st)
